Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gill Ghee kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Inishcarra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boethis Todd to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute Rorey Quinnless suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Boethis Todd's late challenge caught a Branchfield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boethis Todd helped the player get up and apologised. Branchfield made a substitution. Fintan Quinnless replaced Rorey Quinnless. Branigan Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rorke Gough in the 8th minute of the match. Irving Myler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Branigan Ghee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Branchfield's goal looked a bit too open when Scot Sheridan came free, but Branigan Ghee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fintan Quinnless fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Branchfield's protests and gave Fintan Quinnless a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Fintan Quinnless hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berk McAaron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gill Ghee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Branigan Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irving Myler in the 21st minute of the match. Gill Ghee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Berk McAaron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Coran Silke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berk McAaron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gill Ghee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Berk McAaron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berk McAaron made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Breannain Walker sent off a good shot on target. Branigan Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Scot Sheridan in the 34th minute of the match. Coran Silke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berk McAaron having to interfere. Breannain Walker struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Berk McAaron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Branchfield. Gill Ghee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Branchfield players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Inishcarra were winning 0-1.

After 52 played minutes Branchfield got a freekick which was hit by Rorry Gallagher. 53 minutes into the match, Branchfield's goalkeeper Branigan Ghee had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rorke Gough. Bhrighde Gollogley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Berk McAaron having to make a save. After having played for 59 minutes, Coran Silke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Branchfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Coran Silke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Coran Silke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Berk McAaron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Scot Sheridan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Branigan Ghee made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rorke Gough sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scot Sheridan in the 69th minute of play forced Branchfield's goalkeeper Branigan Ghee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rorke Gough scored 0-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Branigan Ghee, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the match, Inishcarra's goal looked a bit too open when Breannain Walker came free, but Berk McAaron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berk McAaron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breannain Walker in the 77th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Branchfield's goal looked a bit too open when Irving Myler came free, but Branigan Ghee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coran Silke might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Berk McAaron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Coran Silke ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute, Gill Ghee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Coran Silke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inishcarra were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Branchfield's much stronger midfield.
