Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Becan McOliver kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bracken Mulvihill in the 9th minute of play forced Culleenduff AFC's goalkeeper Ardán McPhil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donan Gallagher during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Donan Gallagher kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Bracken Mulvihill blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ardán McPhil having to make a save. Ardán McPhil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bracken Mulvihill in the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Culleenduff AFC's zone, Bracken Mulvihill stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ardán McPhil came out of the goal and Bracken Mulvihill tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Culleenduff AFC's Braden McCollion got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Bracken Mulvihill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kilkea Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Bracken Mulvihill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ardán McPhil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ardán McPhil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bracken Mulvihill in the 33rd minute of the match. Bracken Mulvihill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 36 minutes into the match, Culleenduff AFC's goalkeeper Ardán McPhil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bracken Mulvihill.

Becan McOliver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Gearalt McAlphie made a huge save. Sean Benson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ardán McPhil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bracken Mulvihill, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When Binnech Keegan came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Kilkea Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Binnech Keegan couldn't finish the play. Ardán McPhil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bracken Mulvihill in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 76 minutes, Bracken Mulvihill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kilkea Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bracken Mulvihill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Culleenduff AFC booed when Kilkea Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bracken Mulvihill didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Bel Harkin in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kilkea Utd's Sean Benson. Ardán McPhil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bracken Mulvihill in the 93rd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Bracken Mulvihill ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ardán McPhil was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the referee ended the match the Kilkea Utd players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
