Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brendon Scully took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Burke McAlphie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kilsob AFC booed when Moyvane FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heron McBjarton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 6 played minutes Moyvane FC got a freekick which was hit by Corey McGlenn. 7 minutes into the match, Moyvane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Batt Palmer came free, but Thom Mullan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kilsob AFC's Batt Palmer in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moyvane FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brendon Scully in the 9th minute of play forced Kilsob AFC's goalkeeper Boyle McJames to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th match minute, Moyvane FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barram Tracy to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Moyvane FC's Barram Tracy in action when he in the 14th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 17th minute, Bowen McJohnny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Heron McBjarton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moyvane FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Heron McBjarton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boyle McJames breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 21 played minutes Kilsob AFC got a freekick which was hit by Burke McAlphie. In the 24th minute, Burke McAlphie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barram Tracy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Barram Tracy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyle McJames saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reginald McAlphie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Boyle McJames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moyvane FC's Barram Tracy got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reginald McAlphie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Boyle McJames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Moyvane FC's Brendon Scully in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kilsob AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Barram Tracy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moyvane FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Barram Tracy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batt Palmer was the one to do the kick off. When Corey McGlenn fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moyvane FC's protests and gave Corey McGlenn a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Corey McGlenn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Basil Delaney in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Moyvane FC's Gerald Moran. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Boyle McJames successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Kilsob AFC's zone, Barram Tracy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyle McJames came out of the goal and Barram Tracy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Biviti Todd hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Moyvane FC made a substitution. Derin Mulvihill replaced Britain Ramsey. In the 67th minute, Biviti Todd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Moyvane FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Moyvane FC's Brendon Scully looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Brendon Scully's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Boyle McJames skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kilsob AFC's Boyle McJames proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Kilsob AFC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brendon Scully in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boyle McJames saved Kilsob AFC from getting behind. Boyle McJames took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendon Scully, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kilsob AFC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Brite McJon hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Kilsob AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Barram Tracy came free, but Boyle McJames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Brendon Scully fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Barram Tracy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Moyvane FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kilsob AFC.
