Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bradner McTommy took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Bragan Perth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lavey's Tiarnan McLiam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bragan Perth in the 6th minute of play. Tiarnan McLiam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bragan Perth, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Tiarnan McLiam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradner McTommy in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Rowley Prunty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiarnan McLiam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Todd McVictor's late challenge caught a Reenroe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Todd McVictor helped the player get up and apologised. Todd McVictor kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Tiarnan McLiam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradner McTommy in the 25th minute of play. Lavey's Todd McVictor got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Bradner McTommy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Lavey's goal looked a bit too open when Brendann Bayes came free, but Tiarnan McLiam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Brendann Bayes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiarnan McLiam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artt McStephen kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lavey's zone, Breslin Dunne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiarnan McLiam came out of the goal and Breslin Dunne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Becan McSteven was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Reenroe's goal looked a bit too open when Becan McSteven came free, but Caolán Dempsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 52 played minutes Reenroe got a freekick which was hit by Rowley Prunty. The supporters of Reenroe booed when Lavey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artt McStephen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breslin Dunne's late challenge caught a Lavey's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 69 played minutes Lavey got a freekick which was hit by Artt McStephen. 71 minutes into the match, Bradner McTommy notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lavey's Tiarnan McLiam. Tiarnan McLiam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Lavey getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Bowie Cooney hit a great ball. Lavey's Tiarnan McLiam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Lavey from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Lavey's Bowie Cooney got a free kick in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Lavey's Becan McSteven got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Bragan Perth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Tiarnan McLiam made a huge save. Reenroe played a much better game than Lavey and deserved their victory. The Lavey players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
