Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Batt Palmer made the kick off which started today's match. Rorry Moran charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rorry Moran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, Ranaghy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rorry Moran to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Kilsob AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bradigan McJohn came free, but Boyle McJames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradigan McJohn in the 9th minute of play forced Kilsob AFC's goalkeeper Boyle McJames to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Louis McTom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Boyle McJames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Batt Palmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Iarla Colwell made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, Bradigan McJohn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boyle McJames was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Boyle McJames made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rorry Moran in the 38th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bradigan McJohn to strike the kick off in the second half. Bradigan McJohn who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Boyle McJames when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Burke McAlphie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Breasal Willson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The nice shot from Bradigan McJohn in the 62ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Boyle McJames had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Bradigan McJohn came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Boyle McJames could save by the left post. Iarla Colwell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Breasal Willson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Ranaghy's attentive Alfred McJon managed to snatch the ball when Bowen McJohnny made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. The throw-in from Rowen Matthews in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kilsob AFC's Burke McAlphie. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ranaghy's goalkeeper Iarla Colwell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Kilsob AFC's Boyle McJames got control of the ball when Bradigan McJohn tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
