Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Banan Barrett made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the game, Bracken Gillmour was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strand's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gracedieu the free kick. Bracken Gillmour kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Strand's zone, Blayne Myler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyne McSteven came out of the goal and Blayne Myler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, Blian Beckett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boyne McSteven. Strand's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Blian Beckett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Blian Beckett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Banan Barrett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Blian Beckett made a precise shot to the right of Boyne McSteven. Strand's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Blian Beckett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 22 played minutes Gracedieu got a freekick which was hit by Rory McBrand. Dane Deery recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Harley McPaul kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beacan Hunt. That made the score 1-3 in the 25 minute of play. A collision led to Strand getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bracken Gillmour hit a great ball. When Geary McLiam fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strand's protests and gave Geary McLiam a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37thth minute of the game Blian Beckett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strand's Boyne McSteven was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Strand's Boyne McSteven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Banan Barrett in the 40th minute of play. Boyne McSteven stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blian Beckett's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blian Beckett in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boyne McSteven saved Strand from getting behind. Blian Beckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Boyne McSteven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harley McPaul to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Strand's Boyne McSteven got control of the ball when Adamnan McBrandon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Donn Gillmour sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gracedieu's Beacan Hunt didn't even have to move. 54 minutes into the game, Strand's Harley McPaul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beacan Hunt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. With a little luck, Strand's Boyne McSteven got control of the ball when Blian Beckett tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bracken Gillmour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Dane Deery ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beacan Hunt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-5. Beacan Hunt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bracken Gillmour in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Harley McPaul notched a goal, 5-5, to the right of Gracedieu's Beacan Hunt. Beacan Hunt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 85 played minutes Gracedieu got a freekick which was hit by Blanche Caffrey. Tiarnan Taylor charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiarnan Taylor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Strand's goalkeeper Boyne McSteven, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bracken Gillmour kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Strand's Tiarnan Taylor got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Adamnan McBrandon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boyne McSteven having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adamnan McBrandon in the 96th minute of play forced Strand's goalkeeper Boyne McSteven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
