Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Banan Barrett kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Gracedieu's Banan Barrett got a free kick in the 4th minute. Robin McAlphie made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Rory McBrand sent off a good shot on target. Bret Quinnless hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Beachain Scully hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Blian Beckett dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robin McAlphie, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Blackwater's zone, Blian Beckett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin McAlphie came out of the goal and Blian Beckett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, Gracedieu's Banan Barrett ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robin McAlphie. Robin McAlphie yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 22nd minute of the match, Banan Barrett tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robin McAlphie saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Caoilte Duggan fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gracedieu's protests and gave Caoilte Duggan a yellow card for diving instead. Caoilte Duggan hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beachain Scully in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beacan Hunt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Gracedieu booed when Blackwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peadar Molloy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Banan Barrett struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Robin McAlphie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gracedieu. Robin McAlphie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Banan Barrett, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A collision led to Blackwater getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Donavon Tierney hit a great ball. Robin McAlphie made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Blian Beckett sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Blian Beckett could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Robin McAlphie however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adamnan McBrandon in the 45th minute of play forced Blackwater's goalkeeper Robin McAlphie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robin McAlphie made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Rory McBrand sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Beachain Scully made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bola McTom during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes Blackwater got a freekick which was hit by Bola McTom. 62 minutes into the match, Blian Beckett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin McAlphie. Blackwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Blian Beckett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Robin McAlphie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adamnan McBrandon, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Peadar Molloy was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Blackwater:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gracedieu:s goal. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Gracedieu. Banan Barrett stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robin McAlphie. 4-0. 79 minutes into the game, Blian Beckett cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Robin McAlphie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, Blian Beckett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin McAlphie. Blackwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Blian Beckett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. The supporters of Gracedieu booed when Blackwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bola McTom didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rory McBrand in the 91st minute of play forced Blackwater's goalkeeper Robin McAlphie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blackwater's Robin McAlphie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Banan Barrett in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Gracedieu were the better team. Gracedieu's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
