Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Abban Colwell made the kick off which started today's match. Conor McVictor's late challenge caught a Woodhouse's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conor McVictor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Conor McVictor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raymond McIan kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. When Finnigan Hunt came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Woodhouse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finnigan Hunt couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Artuir Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionel Rogozea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Colmcille Dillon fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cait Dubh Athy's protests and gave Colmcille Dillon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Woodhouse booed when Cait Dubh Athy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Colmcille Dillon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, Alexander Caffrey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abban Colwell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eoghan Murphy having to interfere. When Brett Todd fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cait Dubh Athy's protests and gave Brett Todd a yellow card for diving instead. Brett Todd hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Abban Colwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 minutes of play, Cait Dubh Athy's Abban Colwell made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eoghan Murphy was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Cait Dubh Athy's Conor McVictor got a free kick in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artuir Walker made a kick off. Conor McVictor kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of Woodhouse booed when Cait Dubh Athy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abban Colwell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cait Dubh Athy's Finn McOliver was substituted for Abban Colwell. Abban Colwell kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Alexander Caffrey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woodhouse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Caffrey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ionel Rogozea came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Woodhouse's Alexander Caffrey. But to his dismay, Alexander Caffrey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 72 played minutes Cait Dubh Athy got a freekick which was hit by Colmcille Dillon. In the 76th minute Tevis Willson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eoghan Murphy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Caffrey in the 77th minute of play forced Cait Dubh Athy's goalkeeper Ionel Rogozea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cait Dubh Athy getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Colmcille Dillon hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Finnigan Hunt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woodhouse's supporters rose to their feet, but Finnigan Hunt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ionel Rogozea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tevis Willson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Finn McOliver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cait Dubh Athy's supporters rose to their feet, but Finn McOliver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eoghan Murphy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Cait Dubh Athy's zone, Artuir Walker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ionel Rogozea came out of the goal and Artuir Walker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cait Dubh Athy players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Woodhouse.
