Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Terence Coyle started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the match, Brenden McIan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Clarina AFC's Bairee Dalton. Bairee Dalton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Brenden McIan made a precise shot to the right of Bairee Dalton. Clarina AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Clarina AFC's Britain Morrison got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ryleigh McFrank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bairee Dalton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Beglan McJohnny went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brenden McIan in the 29th minute of play forced Clarina AFC's goalkeeper Bairee Dalton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Suibhne McWilliam kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Beccan McLaughlin struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Bairee Dalton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doonsheane AFC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Brenden McIan made the kick off in the second half. Ryleigh McFrank recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Doonsheane AFC's Brenden McIan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bairee Dalton. That made the score 0-4 after 57 minutes of play. In the 60th minute of the match Britain Morrison sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rowe Doyle skillfully saved the ball. Clarina AFC's Bairee Dalton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brenden McIan in the 63rd minute of play. Doonsheane AFC's Rowe Doyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derry McDonald in the 65th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Derry McDonald cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Rowe Doyle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brenden McIan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bairee Dalton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ryleigh McFrank in the 73rd minute. Clarina AFC's Bairee Dalton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Clarina AFC from getting a goal against them. Derry McDonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Brogan Savic took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Bairee Dalton to make any attempt to save it. In the 88th minute, Doonsheane AFC's Beglan McJohnny ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bairee Dalton. Bairee Dalton yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Bairee Dalton came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Doonsheane AFC's Ryleigh McFrank. But to his dismay, Ryleigh McFrank quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. 94 minutes into the match, Clarina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Brenden McIan came free, but Bairee Dalton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doonsheane AFC played a much better game than Clarina AFC and deserved their victory. The Clarina AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
