The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Finn McBjarton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul McJohnny in the 6th minute of the match. Finn McBjarton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paul McJohnny's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After having played for 16 minutes, Quinn Hamilton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bunnanaddan Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quinn Hamilton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bunnanaddan Utd's Paul McJohnny in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul McJohnny in the 31st minute of play forced Cooraclare's goalkeeper Finn McBjarton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bunnanaddan Utd getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Boland McBrandon hit a great ball. Finn McBjarton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul McJohnny in the 42nd minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Berrach Palmer to strike the kick off in the second half. Paul McJohnny kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Cooraclare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boyd Caffey to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd match minute, Bunnanaddan Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lee Dempsey to maneuver through the defense. Lee Dempsey charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lee Dempsey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Lee Dempsey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paul McJohnny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Berrach Palmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Cooraclare's zone, Paul McJohnny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Finn McBjarton came out of the goal and Paul McJohnny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bunnanaddan Utd's Lee Dempsey got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute, Paul McJohnny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Finn McBjarton was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 83 minutes into the match, Cooraclare's goalkeeper Finn McBjarton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul McJohnny. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reagan McNamara during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Reagan McNamara hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Paul McJohnny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Finn McBjarton made a huge save. After 90 played minutes Cooraclare got a freekick which was hit by Abbot Hamilton. In the 92nd minute of the match, Benjamin Hutton sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Finn McBjarton showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Donan Robinson hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Hutton in the 97th minute of play forced Cooraclare's goalkeeper Finn McBjarton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Bunnanaddan Utd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cooraclare.
