Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The referee showed Darick McJohnny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Philib Beckett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bannon John having to interfere. When Bard Deans came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Baunrosmore fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bard Deans couldn't finish the play. In the 25th match minute, Clonmult was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thurl Mulvihill to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the game, Cianán Barrett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clonmult's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baunrosmore the free kick. A collision led to Clonmult getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Cianán Barrett hit a great ball. Sherlock John kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Darick McJohnny sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Baunrosmore's Baran Robinson didn't even have to move.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donoghue Jameson was the one to do the kick off. Baunrosmore were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Clonmult's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bard Deans took the corner. Donoghue Jameson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bannon John having to interfere. Cacey Jameson kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Aron Ferguson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Bard Deans from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Bannon John's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 61st minute, Sherlock John hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 63 minutes, Darick McJohnny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clonmult's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darick McJohnny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 65 minutes, Jack Gallagher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clonmult and the Baunrosmore players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Jack Gallagher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bannon John took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donoghue Jameson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bannon John made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philib Beckett in the 68th minute of play. Bannon John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donoghue Jameson in the 78th minute of the match. Jack Gallagher got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Jack Gallagher hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With 84 minutes on the clock, Cassidy Caffey commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Donoghue Jameson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Bannon John skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Clonmult supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Baunrosmore's performance. The match ended with a win for Baunrosmore.
