After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Boroimhe McSteven managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milan Fighters's supporters rose to their feet, but Boroimhe McSteven was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Riley McWilliam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 played minutes Dublinworthy United FC got a freekick which was hit by Edward Cronin. Bar Dempsey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danann Frankson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Prokopis Kounenakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Dublinworthy United FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Belock McLian hit a great ball. Dublinworthy United FC's Riley McWilliam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gearroid McJon in the 20th minute of play. Riley McWilliam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Espen Fjederholt in the 22nd minute of the match. Boroimhe McSteven took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Riley McWilliam. Riley McWilliam dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Espen Fjederholt might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Riley McWilliam. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Espen Fjederholt ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Gearroid McJon made a precise shot to the right of Riley McWilliam. Dublinworthy United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 39 played minutes Dublinworthy United FC got a freekick which was hit by Bil Savic. After 40 played minutes Milan Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Gearroid McJon. 41 minutes into the game, Prokopis Kounenakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Milan Fighters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dublinworthy United FC the free kick. In the 43rd match minute, Milan Fighters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prokopis Kounenakis to maneuver through the defense. When Danann Frankson came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Dublinworthy United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danann Frankson couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Timothy Rutherford made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match, Gearroid McJon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Riley McWilliam was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Milan Fighters's Ulises Teodor got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Buach Matthews suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boroimhe McSteven got free with Riley McWilliam in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th match minute, Milan Fighters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanasis Perdikoglou to maneuver through the defense. Boroimhe McSteven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riley McWilliam was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gearroid McJon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. Dublinworthy United FC's Riley McWilliam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gearroid McJon in the 78th minute of play. Riley McWilliam didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gearroid McJon went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Denny McLiam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gearroid McJon struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Riley McWilliam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milan Fighters. After 91 played minutes Dublinworthy United FC got a freekick which was hit by Baird McDecland. After having played for 92 minutes, Gearroid McJon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milan Fighters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gearroid McJon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Dublinworthy United FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Milan Fighters were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
