This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Riley McWilliam as he didn't even see the shot coming. Donell Frankson might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Riley McWilliam. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donell Frankson made a kick off. Riley McWilliam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donell Frankson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Riley McWilliam made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. When Danann Frankson fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dublinworthy United FC's protests and gave Danann Frankson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Dublinworthy United FC's Danann Frankson got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The Clortrane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Clortrane walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
