The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bailey Myler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blayne Todd in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Blayne Todd ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bailey Myler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beamard Coyle in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bailey Myler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Donell Willson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Bailey Myler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beamard Coyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Bailey Myler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blayne Todd to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Patraic Deery kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cacey John. That made the score 2-2 in the 54 minute of play. Game Over's Trien McMichel got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Trien McMichel off the ground. The supporters of Buncrana FC booed when Game Over was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trien McMichel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Theobald Martyn kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Tomás McWillie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Cacey John tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bailey Myler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blayne Todd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Finnigan Cooney made a precise shot to the right of Cacey John. Game Over's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Buncrana FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
