The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Game Over's Bivadas Dimson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Peyton McNamee. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. 9 minutes into the match, Caheradrine's goalkeeper Peyton McNamee had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Trien McMichel. After 9 played minutes Caheradrine got a freekick which was hit by Eamonn McWillie. In the 10th minute, Bowie Benson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bivadas Dimson struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Peyton McNamee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Game Over. Beamard Coyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Peyton McNamee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Caheradrine's Donn McSteven nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cacey John made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donn McSteven in the 30th minute of play forced Game Over's goalkeeper Cacey John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theobald Caffrey was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 33 minutes into the match. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Caheradrine! In the 37th minute Bivadas Dimson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peyton McNamee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peyton McNamee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beamard Coyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The throw-in from Baird McIan in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Caheradrine's Terence Callaghan. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blayne Todd to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ros Barrett notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Game Over's Cacey John. Cacey John was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cacey John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eamonn McWillie in the 55th minute of the match. Peyton McNamee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bivadas Dimson in the 67th minute of play. Donn McSteven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cacey John was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Boynton Rutherford showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 76 minute of play. In the 81st minute, Donn McSteven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Game Over's Cacey John got control of the ball when Donn McSteven tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cacey John made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donn McSteven in the 89th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Caheradrine's goal looked a bit too open when Blayne Todd came free, but Peyton McNamee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cacey John didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Caheradrine's Donn McSteven shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-4 in the ordered_time% minute. The Game Over supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Caheradrine's performance. The match ended with a win for Caheradrine.
