Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the game, one of Inverin:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cullan Dimson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Thanks to some nice moves Torna Quinnless could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Pat Walker however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Dhún na nGall™'s Pat Walker got control of the ball when Torna Quinnless tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bar Martyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cullan Dimson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pat Walker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torna Quinnless in the 16th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bil Ryan during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Inverin got a freekick which was hit by Bil Ryan. Cullan Dimson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Pat Walker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bil Ryan in the 24th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Inverin defense, Cullan Dimson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bar Martyn. The Inverin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bar Martyn should have stopped the shot. Dhún na nGall™'s Pat Walker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todd Coyle in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, Dhún na nGall™'s Pat Walker got control of the ball when Torna Quinnless tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Inverin's Bil Ryan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pat Walker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torna Quinnless got free with Pat Walker in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torna Quinnless stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pat Walker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torna Quinnless, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torna Quinnless in the 53rd minute of play forced Dhún na nGall™'s goalkeeper Pat Walker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bar Martyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braonain McJames in the 55th minute of play. Inverin's Bar Martyn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Inverin from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute, Torna Quinnless made a precise shot to the right of Pat Walker. Dhún na nGall™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Cullan Dimson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bar Martyn firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 70th minute, Donavin McGlynn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the game, Braonain McJames was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dhún na nGall™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inverin the free kick. After a rather tough play, Dhún na nGall™'s Braonain McJames got a free kick in the 71st minute. 75 minutes into the match, Inverin's goalkeeper Bar Martyn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Braonain McJames. After a rather tough play, Inverin's Donavin McGlynn got a free kick in the 80th minute. A collision led to Inverin getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Donavin McGlynn hit a great ball. Dhún na nGall™'s Cullan Dimson took a good shot, in the 81st minute, which hit the crossbar above Bar Martyn's head, and flew over the goal. Inverin's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Dhún na nGall™. 87 minutes into the match, Todd Coyle notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Dhún na nGall™'s Pat Walker. Pat Walker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pat Walker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Todd Coyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Pat Walker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brecc Willson in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Inverin's Bil Ryan got a free kick in the 95th minute. Inverin's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
