Gavin Shephard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Weybridge AFC's Sebastien Ashton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Weybridge AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Bobby Barkley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Stephen Forrest made a precise shot to the right of Alex Stewart. The wind increased when Zaq Lambert made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Gavin Shephard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Alex Stewart was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Stephen Forrest's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Stewart was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. After having played for 61 minutes, Gavin Shephard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastien Ashton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Weybridge AFC's Alec Fitzgerald got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Gavin Shephard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gavin Shephard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Alex Stewart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Weybridge AFC booed when Liverpool was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Furlong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavin Shephard took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Stewart. Alex Stewart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6.
