An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Turk in the 25th minute of play forced Keggers Hill FC's goalkeeper Felix Otsando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tom Dean's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benji Leach was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Phillip Baker couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Tom Dean notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Withernsea's Benji Leach.
