Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Silvestre Gelmiro made the kick off which started today's match. The throw-in from Rich Lancaster in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by rattlers battlers's Bob Bartrup. Will Bromley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvestre Gelmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barney Crowther having to interfere. After a rather tough play, rattlers battlers's Edward Chegwyn got a free kick in the 11th minute. Pierre Holroyd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, rattlers battlers's goal looked a bit too open when Ethan Moore came free, but Carlton Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Culcheth's goalkeeper Barney Crowther had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Will Bromley. After a defensive mix-up in Culcheth's zone, Will Bromley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barney Crowther came out of the goal and Will Bromley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlton Langley came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Culcheth's Ethan Moore. But to his dismay, Ethan Moore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Barney Crowther made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Gelmiro in the 27th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Culcheth's Garry Whitehead made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlton Langley was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the match, rattlers battlers's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre Holroyd came free, but Carlton Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barney Crowther showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Gelmiro in the 43rd minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, Culcheth's Garry Whitehead made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlton Langley was left in no man's land by his defense there! The rattlers battlers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Culcheth were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Pierre Holroyd made the kick off in the second half. Will Bromley struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Barney Crowther didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for rattlers battlers. 55 minutes into the game, Silvestre Gelmiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Barney Crowther was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 61 minutes, Silvestre Gelmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. rattlers battlers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Gelmiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Will Bromley in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barney Crowther prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carlton Langley made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Zackary Hume sent off a good shot on target. Will Bromley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barney Crowther read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, rattlers battlers's goalkeeper Carlton Langley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Garry Whitehead. Garry Whitehead hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Barney Crowther showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Will Bromley in the 71st minute of the match. rattlers battlers's Carlton Langley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ethan Moore in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Ethan Moore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Edward Chegwyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the game, Culcheth's Zackary Hume nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlton Langley made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Barney Crowther came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by rattlers battlers's Will Bromley. But to his dismay, Will Bromley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Will Bromley took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barney Crowther. Barney Crowther dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4.
