Martin Langsford's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Leo Hicks skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. London Colney United's Leo Hicks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save London Colney United from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Wikander in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Rush saved I Love Bathrooms from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Victor Wikander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The London Colney United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dane Mabbutt made a kick off. If Travis Notley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Wesley Brewer managed to get in a good position for a shot. London Colney United's supporters rose to their feet, but Wesley Brewer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Rush breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tony Rush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Brewer in the 60th minute of play. In the 67th minute Martin Langsford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Hicks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The long shot by Alfons Gråberg in the 74th minute really tested Tony Rush's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A hard shot by Alfons Gråberg from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Tony Rush's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 80 minutes into the match, I Love Bathrooms's goalkeeper Tony Rush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Wikander. If Wesley Brewer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind I Love Bathrooms's goalkeeper Tony Rush, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Victor Wikander could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Tony Rush however easily saved by the left post. I Love Bathrooms's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Victor Wikander 91 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. The supporters of I Love Bathrooms booed when London Colney United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Travis Notley didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute Martin Langsford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Hicks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Hicks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Langsford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over London Colney United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than I Love Bathrooms throughout the match.
