Jasper Bright recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eddy Gillow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Oatway, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ken Llewellyn during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Bridgwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ken Llewellyn to maneuver through the defense. If Blair Holstead had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of DACIA FC booed when Bridgwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ken Llewellyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ritchie Hartley was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 37 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the game, one of DACIA FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Casey Hartshorn made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Bamir Daci sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stuart Oatway made a kick off. Eddy Gillow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ken Llewellyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rory Ellison charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rory Ellison the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stuart Oatway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eddy Gillow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matty Knight-Percival, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Ken Llewellyn took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eddy Gillow. Eddy Gillow dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. DACIA FC's Eddy Gillow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Llewellyn in the 73rd minute of play. Bob Tomkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddy Gillow having to interfere. Bamir Daci scored 2-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casey Hartshorn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute, Bamir Daci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jasper Bright sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes, Jasper Bright mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DACIA FC and the Bridgwater players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eddy Gillow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matty Knight-Percival in the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bridgwater had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
