Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ty Bennett started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Manchester City FC's Zackary Towler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lennie Sheridan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Keiran Blackley struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Lennie Sheridan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester City FC. Lennie Sheridan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 11th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cliff Gray. Jason Chegwyn scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Josh Porter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot by Jonathon Yeo from long distance, 22 minutes into the match, got Lennie Sheridan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience was convinced that Ty Bennett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lennie Sheridan was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Ty Bennetts short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Lennie Sheridan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Keiran Blackley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennie Sheridan having to interfere. With a little luck, LEYTON ORYENT's Lennie Sheridan got control of the ball when Keiran Blackley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keiran Blackley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lennie Sheridan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keiran Blackley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Lennie Sheridan made a huge save. Ty Bennett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of LEYTON ORYENT:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Manchester City FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, Manchester City FC's Rio Hopkinson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lennie Sheridan.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jason Chegwyn to strike the kick off in the second half. Keiran Blackley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Lennie Sheridan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sean Sandell's late challenge caught a Manchester City FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sean Sandell helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, LEYTON ORYENT's Sean Sandell got a free kick in the 57th minute. Lennie Sheridan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zackary Towler, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. LEYTON ORYENT's Lennie Sheridan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ty Bennett in the 63rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Ty Bennett put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lennie Sheridan. Ty Bennett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ty Bennett in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lennie Sheridan saved LEYTON ORYENT from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, LEYTON ORYENT's goal looked a bit too open when Keiran Blackley came free, but Lennie Sheridan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes, Manchester City FC's Jonathon Yeo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lennie Sheridan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manchester City FC reached it. Keiran Blackley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennie Sheridan having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, LEYTON ORYENT's goal looked a bit too open when Ty Bennett came free, but Lennie Sheridan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Keiran Blackley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennie Sheridan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ty Bennett in the 89th minute of the match. LEYTON ORYENT's Lennie Sheridan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Farrow in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Manchester City FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Cliff Gray hit a great ball. A hard shot by Malcolm Mahon from long distance, 96 minutes into the match, got Josh Porter's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
