The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nigel Lomas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Eugenio Taranto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Eadan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nigel Lomas in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andre Eadan saved LFC Forever from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Taranto in the 58th minute of play forced LFC Forever's goalkeeper Andre Eadan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 played minutes LFC Forever got a freekick which was hit by Carl Granville. Brandon Sollit kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The long shot by Drew Renwick in the 66th minute really tested Justin Dowdall's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gaz Goldthorpe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justin Dowdall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match Chip Beck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andre Eadan skillfully saved the ball. Gaz Goldthorpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justin Dowdall having to interfere. Nigel Lomas took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andre Eadan. Andre Eadan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 83rd minute, Nigel Lomas made a precise shot to the right of Andre Eadan. LFC Forever's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After having played for 87 minutes, Eugenio Taranto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Backstreet Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Taranto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Nigel Lomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LFC Forever's Andre Eadan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Chip Beck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andre Eadan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carlton Haugue might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justin Dowdall. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlton Haugue ran back to his position shaking his head. The Backstreet Boys's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
