Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zak Grantham kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Bourne getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Allan Floyd hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, North Korea's Ronnie Izzard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rich Sandell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. North Korea's Jonny Pickford got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rich Sandell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shawn Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Calum Blackley in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute Rich Sandell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shawn Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bourne's Rich Sandell in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye North Korea's goalie prevented a goal. Zak Grantham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Jonny Pickford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bob Midson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rich Sandell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calum Blackley got free with Shawn Barrett in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Calum Blackley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Shawn Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bourne fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Bourne's Rich Sandell looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 48 minutes into the match, Bourne's goal looked a bit too open when Zak Grantham came free, but Bob Midson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rich Sandell to make the kick off. Shawn Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rich Sandell, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Calum Blackley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rich Sandell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shawn Barrett having to interfere. North Korea's Shawn Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calum Blackley in the 57th minute of play. Jonny Pickford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Midson having to interfere. Adrian Davenport kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Ronnie Izzard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bob Midson skillfully saved the ball. Shawn Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rich Sandell in the 65th minute of play. Zak Grantham's late challenge caught a Bourne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zak Grantham helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Calum Blackley in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shawn Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rich Sandell spun around in front of the goal 71 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of North Korea's goal. Shawn Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Hudson, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, North Korea's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Davenport came free, but Shawn Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shawn Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rich Sandell in the 77th minute of the match. Shawn Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calum Blackley, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Calum Blackley took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shawn Barrett. Shawn Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. There was no doubt that Bourne were the better team. Bourne's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
