Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) Jamaica's Henry Roy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ashley Hindmarsh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnathon Midgley kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Henry Roy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dedham's Jake Burbeary was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Donald Newby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 minutes, Henry Roy made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Dedham's Jake Burbeary tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Henry Roy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jake Burbeary tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Donald Newby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jamaica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donald Newby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martin Trunks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddie Pryor in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddie Pryor in the 22nd minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Martin Trunks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Jamaica's Henry Roy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jake Burbeary narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Henry Roy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jake Burbeary was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Dedham's Johnathon Midgley got his second yellow card of the match in the 30th minute. The referee ordered Johnathon Midgley off the ground. In the 31st match minute, Dedham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnathon Midgley to maneuver through the defense. Billy Adcock kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of Jamaica booed when Dedham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddie Pryor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes, Jamaica's Darius Cohens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jake Burbeary came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jamaica reached it. The Dedham players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jamaica were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Warren Shuttleworth was the one to do the kick off. Casey Bassett was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, one of Dedham:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dedham. 62 minutes into the match, Billy Adcock had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jake Burbeary. Dedham's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Billy Adcock was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After a rather tough play, Dedham's Freddie Pryor got a free kick in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dedham's zone, Henry Roy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jake Burbeary came out of the goal and Henry Roy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Roy got free with Jake Burbeary in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Calvin Moyse in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jamaica's Billy Adcock. Henry Roy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jake Burbeary having to make a save. Donald Newby received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jake Burbeary came out and tried to block the shot, but Donald Newby slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 78th minute. Jake Burbeary stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Roy's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Shaun Mulford kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Jake Burbeary took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Roy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Dedham's goalkeeper Jake Burbeary had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Roy. In the 92nd minute Henry Roy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jake Burbeary saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Billy Adcock got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
