Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Philip Steel made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Hinckley's Hayden Smith got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The supporters of Hinckley booed when Cheshunt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ash Fletcher didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Drew Boland fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cheshunt's protests and gave Drew Boland a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Drew Boland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cheshunt's Zak Webster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mickey Bannister in the 9th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Philip Steel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guy Craven. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Mickey Bannister received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Zak Webster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mickey Bannister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Drew Boland was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 19 minutes had been played. A collision led to Cheshunt getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Drew Boland hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Mark Slatter in the 25th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ash Fletcher's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Guy Craven skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keiran Willis got free with Guy Craven in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zak Webster came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Hinckley's Mickey Bannister. But to his dismay, Mickey Bannister quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Justin Coates kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Mickey Bannister in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zak Webster, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Keiran Willis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Hinckley defense, Keiran Willis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guy Craven. The Hinckley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guy Craven should have stopped the shot. After having played for 65 minutes, Mark Slatter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hinckley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Slatter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Keiran Willis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guy Craven was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Sammy Chappell hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ash Fletcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Keiran Willis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Craven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mickey Bannister's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zak Webster firmly grabbed it by the left post. Vic Wright kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Rich Rowling was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 86 played minutes Mark Slatter rounded Cheshunt's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Mickey Bannister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Philip Steel kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 98th minute, Mark Slatter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
