Seth Kerridge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th match minute, Yeovil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Goacher to maneuver through the defense. If Seth Kerridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th match minute, Yeovil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Poynton to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 29 minutes, Phil Gascoigne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Husbands Bosworth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phil Gascoigne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Phil Gascoigne was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Husbands Bosworth's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lance Booker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ritchie Saunders, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phil Gascoigne in the 36th minute of play forced Yeovil FC's goalkeeper Timothy Jones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 minutes of play, Yeovil FC's Ritchie Saunders made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lance Booker was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 43 minutes, Phil Gascoigne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Husbands Bosworth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phil Gascoigne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Bart Peat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lance Booker having to interfere. If Seth Kerridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Yeovil FC's zone, Phil Gascoigne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timothy Jones came out of the goal and Phil Gascoigne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seth Kerridge might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timothy Jones. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seth Kerridge ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Husbands Bosworth's Phil Gascoigne got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Seth Kerridge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Husbands Bosworth's Lance Booker got control of the ball when Ritchie Saunders tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Seth Kerridge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Husbands Bosworth's supporters rose to their feet, but Seth Kerridge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timothy Jones breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seth Kerridge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Timothy Jones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timothy Jones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drew Webster in the 92nd minute of play. Lance Booker was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bart Peat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 94 minute of play.
