Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Loyd Riad started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sean Bambrook might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gav Rose. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sean Bambrook ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Pleasington's Blair Norman got control of the ball when Zack Prendergast tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rex Way charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rex Way the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Pleasington got a freekick which was hit by Rex Way. In the 15th minute Sean Bambrook shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gav Rose saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sean Bambrook's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gav Rose read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute Loyd Riad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blair Norman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Sol Nelthorpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sean Bambrook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pleasington's Noel Meechan got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gav Rose showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sean Bambrook in the 31st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Stan Booth sped through Bingers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gav Rose. Sean Bambrook recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gav Rose showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sean Bambrook in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Stan Booth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute, Sean Bambrook got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Pleasington were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sean Bambrook to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Bingers defense, Sean Bambrook kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gav Rose. The Bingers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gav Rose should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Pleasington's Julian Buxton got a free kick in the 59th minute. Stan Booth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Gav Rose tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Bingers's Gav Rose got control of the ball when Sean Bambrook tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sean Bambrook recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 minutes, Rupert Torpey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bingers and the Pleasington players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Bingers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Torpey to maneuver through the defense. Sean Bambrook's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gav Rose read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Pleasington's Sean Bambrook got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gav Rose showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stan Booth, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Sean Bambrook sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bingers's zone, Sean Bambrook stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gav Rose came out of the goal and Sean Bambrook tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sean Bambrook in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gav Rose, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 90 minutes into the match, Sean Bambrook had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gav Rose. Bingers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sean Bambrook was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Bingers's Loyd Riad got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Pleasington could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bingers throughout the match.
