Antony Eglington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Slater in the 7th minute of play. Antony Eglington didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shane Auty went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Antony Eglington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shane Auty in the 14th minute of the match. Chelsea AFC's Seb Hird proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Chelsea AFC from getting a goal against them. Lucky 11's Antony Eglington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darius Peat in the 20th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Slater during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, George Slater hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the game, Shane Auty was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chelsea AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lucky 11 the free kick. In the 26th match minute, Chelsea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shane Auty to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shane Auty in the 28th minute of play forced Lucky 11's goalkeeper Antony Eglington to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tristram Lightfoot fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lucky 11's protests and gave Tristram Lightfoot a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Lucky 11 got a freekick which was hit by Tristram Lightfoot. In the 31st minute, Andre Spacey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Shane Auty cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Antony Eglington was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Seb Hird showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marty Holbrook in the 40th minute of the match. Marty Holbrook fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seb Hird having to interfere. Shane Auty was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Shane Auty hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andre Spacey to make the kick off. Antony Eglington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darius Peat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Paddy Hibbert in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chelsea AFC's George Slater. In the 57th minute of the game Billy Charlton made a throw-in which Marty Holbrook played forward. Seb Hird took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Holbrook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Darius Singleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Philip Basham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Seb Hird took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deon Knowles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Deon Knowles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lucky 11 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Antony Eglington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Slater, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Holbrook in the 83rd minute of play forced Chelsea AFC's goalkeeper Seb Hird to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Deon Knowles in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seb Hird saved Chelsea AFC from getting behind. In the 86th minute Deon Knowles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seb Hird saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seb Hird didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marty Holbrook went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 94th match minute, Chelsea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darius Peat to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Chelsea AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lucky 11 throughout the match.
