Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Brendon Marsden made the kick off which started today's match. If Dean Holbrook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 11 minutes, Dean Holbrook managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Witchers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dean Holbrook was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dean Holbrook recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Les Woodhead kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andre Pope. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. After 20 played minutes Witchers FC got a freekick which was hit by Nick Leatherdale. Martyn Pollock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendon Marsden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zane Bradbury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Les Woodhead fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Pope having to interfere. Les Woodhead who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Andre Pope when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 45 minutes into the game, Les Woodhead lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Andre Pope. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Les Woodhead to strike the kick off in the second half. Zane Bradbury took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andre Pope. Andre Pope dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Andre Pope didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dean Holbrook went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Dean Holbrook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Witchers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brendon Marsden came free, but Martyn Pollock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Derek Beavan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Witchers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VALENE FC the free kick. Derek Beavan kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Les Woodhead left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Witchers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 83rd minute Dean Holbrook shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Pope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andre Pope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Les Woodhead in the 84th minute of play. The referee ignored Witchers FC's protests and gave Nick Leatherdale a yellow card for diving instead. Martyn Pollock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendon Marsden in the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Witchers FC fully deserved thier win.
