Bow United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Ash Fox scored to the left of an out of position Zack Reeve, making the score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shane Wadham during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Brynn Cowling made the kick off in the second half. Ash Fox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Adam Basham didn't quite understand what happened when in the 77 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The audience was convinced that Glenn Barone's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zack Reeve was relentless in the 80th minute of the game.
