Scott Eagles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ulryk Dropinski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wood Green AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulryk Dropinski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Scott Eagles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilfracombe's Scott Eagles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Ilfracombe from getting a goal against them. In the 19th play minute Ulryk Dropinski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Scott Eagles. 2-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelino Tibalt to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ulryk Dropinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulryk Dropinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Marcelino Tibalt put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Scott Eagles. After some careless play in the Ilfracombe defense, Marcelino Tibalt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Scott Eagles. The Ilfracombe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Scott Eagles should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Ulryk Dropinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Scott Eagles was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Ilfracombe's zone, Travis Wilkins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Scott Eagles came out of the goal and Travis Wilkins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
