An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennie Gulliver in the 4th minute of play forced Mongolskie Pastuchy's goalkeeper Brendon Timmins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garth Delamore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lennie Gulliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Brendon Timmins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Garth Delamore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Brendon Timmins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brendon Timmins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garth Delamore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bovingdon United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Will Marler was slow to take the kick. During this time Mongolskie Pastuchy's players had a chance to rest. 30 minutes into the game, Bovingdon United's Lennie Gulliver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brendon Timmins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, Mongolskie Pastuchy's goal looked a bit too open when Lennie Gulliver came free, but Brendon Timmins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brendon Timmins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennie Gulliver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Garth Delamore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bovingdon United's supporters rose to their feet, but Garth Delamore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brendon Timmins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luke Carlisle during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bovingdon United's Luke Carlisle got a free kick in the 47th minute. The Mongolskie Pastuchy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bovingdon United were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Doug Burrows made the kick off in the second half. If Lennie Gulliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bovingdon United's goalkeeper Kris Powell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kris Powell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Bailey, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Doug Burrows left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mongolskie Pastuchy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Mongolskie Pastuchy's zone, Lennie Gulliver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brendon Timmins came out of the goal and Lennie Gulliver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lennie Gulliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Billie Elwick hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute of the match Stuart Garner shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brendon Timmins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eric Ploughman kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Garth Delamore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kris Powell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doug Burrows, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Mongolskie Pastuchy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bovingdon United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
