In the 14th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Caetano to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute Aniol Peña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aniol Peña in the 43rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Barreto in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Del Pizzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 45 played minutes JEMBer UTara got a freekick which was hit by İlyas Seçkiner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 47th minute of play forced JEMBer UTara's goalkeeper Enzo Del Pizzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipinho Amorim ran back to his position shaking his head. 80 minutes into the match, JEMBer UTara's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Enzo Del Pizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Del Pizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolomeu Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Enzo Del Pizzo managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Portugal's Felipinho Amorim fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 90 minutes into the match, JEMBer UTara's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolomeu Dias came free, but Enzo Del Pizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cai Jun Wei was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for JEMBer UTara.
