Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antal Valentin made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Miladin Kirichev came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Miladin Kirichev sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Antal Valentin sped through Xarilaou FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kostas Kourmouzis. With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Xarilaou FC's Miladin Kirichev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 15th minute of the match Xarilaou FC got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stratos Kabantais ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Xarilaou FC's corner Stratos Kabantais fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Fasoulis in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Xarilaou FC's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kostas Kourmouzis came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kostas Kourmouzis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kostas Fasoulis's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kostas Fasoulis helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Xarilaou FC got a freekick which was hit by Kostas Fasoulis. In the 32nd minute of the match Xarilaou FC got a corner. A very nice done corner allowed Kostas Fasoulis to score against Fodor Daniel in Hungary's goal. 1-1 after 32 minutes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miladin Kirichev got free with Fodor Daniel in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kostas Kourmouzis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 37th minute of play. Theofanis Tsatsaronakis charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theofanis Tsatsaronakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Xarilaou FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Hungary a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Antal Valentin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Xarilaou FC's Kostas Kourmouzis. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miladin Kirichev was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 55 played minutes Xarilaou FC got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Oliveiro. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Fasoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Xarilaou FC's Fanis Skaltsas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xarilaou FC's Kostas Kourmouzis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Xarilaou FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Xarilaou FC's Kostas Kourmouzis got control of the ball when Takacs Tibor tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Xarilaou FC's goalkeeper Kostas Kourmouzis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Achilleas Kanavatsos hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Antal Valentin from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got Kostas Kourmouzis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miladin Kirichev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Kostas Kourmouzis managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miladin Kirichev in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Kostas Kourmouzis in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miladin Kirichev in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Kostas Kourmouzis in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Xarilaou FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Kostas Kourmouzis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Hungary booed when Xarilaou FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theofanis Tsatsaronakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miladin Kirichev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
