Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Leo Power started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ashton Under Hill City's Alex Akins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Power in the 4th minute of play. Zackary Maston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Hanson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacob Younger scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Akins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Docklands FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Wally Lynch scored to the left of an out of position Zackary Maston, making the score, 1-1. Patrick Hanson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zackary Maston having to interfere. Alex Akins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Power, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Docklands FC's Zackary Maston proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Docklands FC from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wally Lynch made a kick off. If Patrick Hanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Patrick Hanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
