Jonathan Turk kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charlie Morris in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kris Duckworth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the game, Charlie Morris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Kris Duckworth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charlie Morris in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kris Duckworth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Halstead players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Stratford FC were winning 1-3.

After having played for 52 minutes, Jamie Banim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stratford FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jamie Banim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute Teddy Leeson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kris Duckworth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charlie Morris in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kris Duckworth saved Halstead from getting behind. Rio Bramhall hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 67 minutes, Jasper Floyd mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stratford FC and the Halstead players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes Stratford FC got a freekick which was hit by Jasper Floyd. In the 68th match minute, Halstead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky Stevens to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Darryl Horseman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stratford FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Darryl Horseman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kris Duckworth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the match, Halstead's goal looked a bit too open when Teddy Leeson came free, but Kris Duckworth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kris Duckworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlie Morris in the 93rd minute of the match. Kris Duckworth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charlie Morris in the 95th minute. If Pierre Mitchell-King had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Halstead fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Stratford FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
