Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dom Hughes in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Lambert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 11 minutes, Leigh Dickner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Broomhill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leigh Dickner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 13 played minutes Wigmore United got a freekick which was hit by Marek Whitmore. Dom Hughes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leigh Dickner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carl Lambert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dom Hughes, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Roy Noble received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kris Morris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dom Hughes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Lambert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Dom Hughes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Broomhill's supporters rose to their feet, but Dom Hughes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Lambert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeff Haylock stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kris Morris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Noble in the 56th minute of play. Carl Lambert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dom Hughes in the 57th minute of the match. Leigh Dickner didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-1 via right post in the game's 59th minute. Broomhill's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 72 minutes into the match, Broomhill's Leigh Dickner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carl Lambert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leigh Dickner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Broomhill booed when Wigmore United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Rain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dom Hughes might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carl Lambert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dom Hughes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 91st minute, Dom Hughes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Carl Lambert, passed just outside the right post. Kris Morris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeff Haylock in the 95th minute of the match.
