Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sebastien Tuck got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, rommiley spartans's Marty Graves got a free kick in the 6th minute. Nathan Pamplin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastien Tuck, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 10th minute, Kris Blackwell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Sebastien Tuck fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nathan Pamplin, passed just outside the right post. In the 18th minute, Marty Graves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Stefan Marenghi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nathan Pamplin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nathan Pamplin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastien Tuck's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Phillip Leadbeater hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastien Tuck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the game, Ivan Downing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Nathan Pamplin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Downing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Pamplin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastien Tuck in the 43rd minute of play forced rommiley spartans's goalkeeper Nathan Pamplin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Downing kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Sebastien Tuck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathan Pamplin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Sebastien Tuck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Nathan Pamplin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Downing in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathan Pamplin saved rommiley spartans from getting behind. Louis Paine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jermaine Pennant having to interfere. Shaun Brooke kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Louis Paine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jermaine Pennant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marty Graves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marty Graves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garry Green blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jermaine Pennant having to make a save. Kris Blackwell hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ivan Downing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Pamplin having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Ivan Downing managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Witney's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Downing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
