Casey Dunning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Pamplin having to interfere. Nathan Pamplin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alistair Bradley's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Louis Paine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ray Lambert got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Princes Risborough booed when rommiley spartans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ray Lambert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alistair Bradley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of rommiley spartans booed when Princes Risborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stevie Carter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Alistair Bradley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nathan Pamplin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alistair Bradley in the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, rommiley spartans's Leon Bullard got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Jon Hughes-Guy sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and rommiley spartans's Nathan Pamplin didn't even have to move. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Garry Green to make the kick off. If Alistair Bradley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Princes Risborough's Alistair Bradley got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Casey Dunning's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Nathan Pamplin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Casey Dunning scored 0-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nathan Pamplin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marty Graves during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marty Graves hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. A long shot from Jon Hughes-Guy in the 71st minute of play was well struck, but Nathan Pamplin made a really good save at the right post. Nathan Pamplin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alistair Bradley, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After having played for 78 minutes, Casey Dunning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Princes Risborough's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casey Dunning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With splendid footwork Alistair Bradley arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-2 by the left pole in the game's 79th minute. Garry Green hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Nathan Pamplin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jon Hughes-Guy. The supporters of Princes Risborough booed when rommiley spartans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phillip Leadbeater didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 played minutes rommiley spartans got a freekick which was hit by Garry Green. If Jonathon Waple had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nathan Pamplin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alistair Bradley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Princes Risborough walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
