An unexpectedly hard shot by Sid Wybrow in the 7th minute of play forced Tardis Crew's goalkeeper Pete Pearce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Ruben Godfrey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sid Wybrow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ivan Gaskell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marlon Leonard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Rio Oates made a huge save. In the 31st minute Ivan Gaskell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete Pearce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes, Ruben Godfrey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tardis Crew and the Stockwell players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Stockwell booed when Tardis Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Godfrey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruben Godfrey kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match Kev Crowther sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pete Pearce skillfully saved the ball. Marlon Leonard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Rio Oates made a huge save. Tardis Crew's Marlon Leonard got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Stockwell were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Ivan Gaskell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Louie Abbotts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stockwell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Louie Abbotts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Stockwell booed when Tardis Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ash Ginn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Kev Crowther fired a really elegant long shot, but Pete Pearce threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Ivan Gaskell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pete Pearce having to interfere. Rio Oates showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marlon Leonard, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Kristopher Battersby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stockwell's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tardis Crew the free kick. In the 71st match minute, Stockwell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristopher Battersby to maneuver through the defense. Rio Oates showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conal Fenton in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Stockwell's goal looked a bit too open when Conal Fenton came free, but Rio Oates reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ivan Gaskell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pete Pearce made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Sid Wybrow sent off a good shot on target. When Marlon Leonard came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Tardis Crew fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marlon Leonard couldn't finish the play. Stockwell's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
