Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 0) Julian Dry made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Crowngate getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Jason Bridgeworth hit a great ball. Mattias Summers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Sebastien Hume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Crowngate's goalkeeper Reggie Nicholson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marty Johnstone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Connor English charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Connor English the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Firsaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Connor English to maneuver through the defense. Julian Dry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19thth minute of the game Andrew Gamble who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crowngate's Reggie Nicholson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Firsaga's Marty Johnstone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reggie Nicholson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Andrew Gamble's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reggie Nicholson was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Marty Johnstone struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Reggie Nicholson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Firsaga. When Firsaga's Andrew Gamble in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crowngate's goalie prevented a goal. In the 32ndth minute of the game Andrew Gamble who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crowngate's Reggie Nicholson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrew Gamble fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reggie Nicholson having to interfere. Reggie Nicholson came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Firsaga's Andrew Gamble. But to his dismay, Andrew Gamble quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marty Johnstone made a kick off. Marty Johnstone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reggie Nicholson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Mattias Summers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastien Hume having to interfere. With a little luck, Crowngate's Reggie Nicholson got control of the ball when Andrew Gamble tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marty Johnstone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastien Hume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Dry, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, Crowngate's Romeo Brownlow got a free kick in the 80th minute. Marty Johnstone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Reggie Nicholson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrew Gamble in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Reggie Nicholson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sebastien Hume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Summers, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marty Johnstone in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reggie Nicholson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 89 played minutes Crowngate got a freekick which was hit by Dale Thomson. Andrew Gamble received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Reggie Nicholson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Firsaga's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
