Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Teddy Chegwyn in the 2nd minute of play forced Saltash's goalkeeper Alan Meechan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd match minute, Saltash was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Brumfitt to maneuver through the defense. When Launceston's Teddy Chegwyn in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saltash's goalie prevented a goal. In the 6th minute, Teddy Chegwyn fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alan Meechan, passed just outside the right post. Saltash's Alan Meechan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Saltash from getting a goal against them. Alan Meechan was a little too slow when Teddy Chegwyn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. After having played for 17 minutes, Simon Crtichell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saltash's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Crtichell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Launceston's Grant Savage couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Saltash. Simon Crtichell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Bacon having to interfere. Simon Crtichell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fraser Midgley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Bacon having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Teddy Chegwyn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute Teddy Chegwyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan Meechan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Theo Bennet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan Meechan having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Harry Brumfitt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Saltash's goal looked a bit too open when Teddy Chegwyn came free, but Alan Meechan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Teddy Chegwyn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Alan Meechan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teddy Chegwyn in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alan Meechan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Theo Bennet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Alan Meechan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teddy Chegwyn scored 3-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alan Meechan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Keiran Driver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saltash's supporters rose to their feet, but Keiran Driver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Bacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Simon Crtichell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Bacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Brumfitt, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Theo Bennet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan Meechan having to interfere.
