Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alfred Laycock took the kick off in the first half of the match. F.C.Munchen's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alfred Laycock 5 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. The supporters of Golcar City booed when F.C.Munchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sean Sedgemore didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 9 played minutes, Golcar City's Dom Wells shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Francis Welsh came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golcar City reached it. Abraham Hubbard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C.Munchen's goalkeeper Francis Welsh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ty Ridgeway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glyn Bedford in the 17th minute of play. After 19 played minutes F.C.Munchen got a freekick which was hit by Simon Kear. James Medlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Francis Welsh made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Alfred Laycock dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Francis Welsh, 2-0. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C.Munchen's goalkeeper Francis Welsh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 24 minutes, Simon Kear mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C.Munchen and the Golcar City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Simon Kear hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Alfred Laycock struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Francis Welsh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golcar City. 33 minutes in the game, James Medlin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Francis Welsh having to interfere. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C.Munchen's goalkeeper Francis Welsh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of F.C.Munchen booed when Golcar City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Benbow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Golcar City's Ty Ridgeway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glyn Bedford in the 38th minute of play. Abraham Hubbard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ty Ridgeway tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abraham Hubbard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Glyn Bedford to make the kick off. Francis Welsh stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of James Medlin's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 53rdth minute of the game Alfred Laycock who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C.Munchen's Francis Welsh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Alfred Laycock came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Golcar City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Laycock couldn't finish the play. Francis Welsh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Medlin in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Golcar City booed when F.C.Munchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pat Seabourne didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Alfred Laycock sped through F.C.Munchen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Francis Welsh. Simon Kear sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Laycock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francis Welsh having to interfere. After 75 played minutes F.C.Munchen got a freekick which was hit by Pat Seabourne. Golcar City's Dom Wells couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for F.C.Munchen. After a rather tough play, F.C.Munchen's Lance Fitter got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute James Medlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francis Welsh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, F.C.Munchen's Joey Shakespeare got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.Munchen's zone, James Medlin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francis Welsh came out of the goal and James Medlin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Golcar City's James Medlin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tony Chegwyn hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Abraham Hubbard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pat Seabourne kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. F.C.Munchen's Francis Welsh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Laycock in the 91st minute of play. If Abraham Hubbard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Laycock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francis Welsh having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the F.C.Munchen players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Golcar City.
