Thanks to some nice moves Rupert Amos could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Sean Ball however easily saved by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, Shobdon's goal looked a bit too open when Brad Dudgeon came free, but Sean Ball reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Trevor Morris notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Shobdon's Sean Ball. Sean Ball was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sean Ball showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyrone Pamplin, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Fulchester United FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
