Billie Middleton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gareth Crosby in the 7th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, Roger McCunnie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Snailbeach and Stiperstones United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger McCunnie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th match minute, Snailbeach and Stiperstones United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger McCunnie to maneuver through the defense. Kristian Manson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billie Middleton having to interfere. Roger McCunnie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Crossley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curtis Wardle, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Manson in the 24th minute of play forced Snailbeach and Stiperstones United's goalkeeper Billie Middleton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Snailbeach and Stiperstones United's goal looked a bit too open when Gareth Crosby came free, but Billie Middleton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Snailbeach and Stiperstones United defense, Gareth Crosby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billie Middleton. The Snailbeach and Stiperstones United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billie Middleton should have stopped the shot. Gareth Crosby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billie Middleton having to interfere. The supporters of Fowey United booed when Snailbeach and Stiperstones United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Seaward didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st match minute, Snailbeach and Stiperstones United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rhys Verity to maneuver through the defense. After 64 minutes of play, Fowey United's Gareth Crosby made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Billie Middleton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Billie Middleton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Manson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristian Manson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Billie Middleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gareth Crosby in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billie Middleton saved Snailbeach and Stiperstones United from getting behind. In the 86th minute Gareth Crosby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billie Middleton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Crossley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curtis Wardle in the 89th minute of the match. Fowey United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
