Fitz Budge charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fitz Budge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Brierley Hill was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fitz Budge to maneuver through the defense. Robin Noble's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Crispin Barber skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Robin Noble did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Crispin Barber 16 minutes into the match. When Ian Bradfield fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brierley Hill's protests and gave Ian Bradfield a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Brierley Hill getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ian Bradfield hit a great ball. With a little luck, Brierley Hill's Crispin Barber got control of the ball when Zackary Bridge tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Bicester United's Robin Noble in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brierley Hill's goalie prevented a goal. Joey Martin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fitz Budge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joey Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fitz Budge, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The audience was convinced that Deon Boyce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Crispin Barber was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Robin Noble fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crispin Barber having to interfere. Gaz Oldham hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Deon Boyce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Crispin Barber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zackary Bridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crispin Barber having to interfere. Deon Boyce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crispin Barber having to interfere. If Zackary Bridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fitz Budge made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Bicester United got a freekick which was hit by Robin Noble. Crispin Barber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wes Longstaff in the 55th minute of play. If Wes Longstaff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Crispin Barber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryan Poynton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zackary Bridge struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Crispin Barber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bicester United. Crispin Barber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robin Noble's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Noble in the 63rd minute of play forced Brierley Hill's goalkeeper Crispin Barber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bicester United's Joey Martin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fitz Budge in the 67th minute of play. Crispin Barber came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Bicester United's Ryan Poynton. But to his dismay, Ryan Poynton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Rueben Tindale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Joey Martin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Brierley Hill's zone, Deon Boyce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Crispin Barber came out of the goal and Deon Boyce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Robin Noble had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes, Bicester United's Robin Noble shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Crispin Barber came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bicester United reached it. If Deon Boyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zackary Bridge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Crispin Barber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bicester United's Ryan Poynton got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stew Draper charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stew Draper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bicester United fully deserved thier win.
