The Bicester United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 14th minute, Ryan Poynton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felixstowe's Walter Brazier got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 19 minutes of play, Bicester United's Deon Boyce made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zaq Soares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robin Noble's late challenge caught a Felixstowe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Noble helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Felixstowe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sly Cookson to maneuver through the defense. Joey Martin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sean Bateson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The wind increased when Robin Noble made the kick off in the second half. Bicester United's Joey Martin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teddy Crowther in the 88th minute of play. Sean Bateson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joey Martin having to make a save. Joey Martin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sean Bateson in the 94th minute of the match. Bicester United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
