Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marcus Ashton started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, BailesFC's Silvester Bensley got control of the ball when Pat Wright tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4th minute Ronny Rutherford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvester Bensley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jasper Santos fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored England's protests and gave Jasper Santos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jasper Santos to maneuver through the defense. Silvester Bensley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pat Wright in the 9th minute. Richard Rothwell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Graeme Midson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Silvester Bensley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Rutherford in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Ruddock in the 14th minute of play forced BailesFC's goalkeeper Silvester Bensley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Pat Wright could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Silvester Bensley however easily saved by the left post. Jeffrey Marchant kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronny Rutherford in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvester Bensley saved BailesFC from getting behind. 20 minutes into the game, Graeme Midson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Richard Rothwell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of BailesFC booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Percival didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ronny Rutherford kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvester Bensley. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. BailesFC's Silvester Bensley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save BailesFC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of England booed when BailesFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sam Richardson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvester Bensley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaz Hoult in the 35th minute. Pat Wright had several of the BailesFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Silvester Bensley as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pat Wright could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Silvester Bensley made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronny Rutherford in the 45th minute of play forced BailesFC's goalkeeper Silvester Bensley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Austin Pinder hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in BailesFC's zone, Marek Percival stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvester Bensley came out of the goal and Marek Percival tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronny Rutherford was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pat Wright in the 53rd minute of play forced BailesFC's goalkeeper Silvester Bensley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hayden Bzeu in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvester Bensley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes into the match, BailesFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Rutherford came free, but Silvester Bensley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Todd Ruddock scored 3-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvester Bensley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronny Rutherford in the 64th minute of play forced BailesFC's goalkeeper Silvester Bensley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Ronny Rutherford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvester Bensley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, England's Ronny Rutherford made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvester Bensley was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, BailesFC's Harry Holt got a free kick in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, BailesFC's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Wright came free, but Silvester Bensley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Harry Holt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronny Rutherford struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Silvester Bensley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. 81 minutes into the match, BailesFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Rutherford came free, but Silvester Bensley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th match minute, BailesFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graeme Midson to maneuver through the defense. Silvester Bensley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronny Rutherford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th play minute Jeffrey Marchant came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Richard Rothwell. 5-2. When the referee ended the match the England players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
