Ash Margarson came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Robert Fielden could save by the left post. Philip Coe's late challenge caught a Benfica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Philip Coe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Benfica booed when Dartford FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Coe didn't get a good kick on the ball.
